Winner! This company was excellent. I received great customer service on my initial phone call. I was give several options for appointment and was accommodated based on a window of availability I had. My Technition, Julio was on time and efficient. He was very thorough and he really knew his stuff. He diagnosed my sprinkler problems right away and educated me regarding the "what" and the "why" of my irrigation problems. I had seven zones with issues and he resolved then much faster than I expected. Awesome customer care and attention to detail.

Promptly responded to a busted solenoid valve emergency call that had the lawn sprinkler system continuously hemorrhaging water at full throttle. Fixed the problem by finding and replacing the valve. And presented a reasonable bill. Will call them again for any sprinkler system issues.

The technician that showed up was great!! Great experience! Knowledge and friendly staff. Took care of needs and reviewed options and answered questions. Did not pressure us to do any unnecessary work. We wanted to add an item and gladly handled it same day. This was the second time we used their services and both experiences were great! Would highly recommend this company. Lucio was on time and went right to work. He checked the entire system, fixed the broken ones I had call them for and others that were found. 3 were broken off form the pipe underground and he had to dig to replace them. He did all of that in an hour, excellent job overall and highly recommended.

Julio was my repair technician. He called prior to arrival to let me know he was in route. He arrived on time, was very courteous and professional. He informed me of all fees up-front and kept me notified of the repairs he was making during the process. He provided a detailed invoice with notes and pictures of the work that was performed. This company is great! The communication was EXCELLENT from my inquiry, to the email response and text with my appointment. Then Tommy - was a complete professional, he was very attentive to communicate what was needed, part and labor costs, and quickly found the issue and completed the needed repairs (master valve). We also had him install a new rain sensor and check our the entire systems (he raised and adjusted several heads). Very refreshing custom experience from a company and service technician who actually care about customer service. I would highly recommend. I will be using them if needed, from this point forward!
